Biography: Lonnie Poco is a Quahada Comanche artist, illustrator, graphic artist and poet. He was raised on a reservation in Lawton, Oklahoma. After serving in the US Navy, he moved to Chicago. While there, he served as chair of the Chicago Indian Artist Guild and worked with the American Indian Health Services and the American Indian Center. He has retired to Cache, Oklahoma and continues to write and produce artwork.
