Patty Ann Tillman-Wilson

Born: May 23, 1955 in Centralia, Illinois
Connection to Illinois: Tillman-Wilson lives in a small town in Illinois where she enjoys sitting on her quaint front porch where she draws inspiration for her writings.

Biography: Patty Ann Tillman-Wilson's mom passed away when she was 12 years old. After her mom passed, she started writing stories. She has been sharing her stories with schools and libraries for the past 50 years and loving every moment of it! Patty Ann has always loved books and discovered "the power of the pen," (as her father used to say) at a young age. She is so blessed to pass along this discovery to the many children she has met and continues to meet. Happy Reading!
