Pen Name: None Connection to Illinois: Travis Young received his degree from Bradley University in 1977. Biography: After leaving Bradley, Travis landed jobs as a professional actor doing Volvo and Ortega commercials. He also earned speaking parts on the soap operas, 'As the World Turns,' 'All My Children,' 'Guiding Light,' and was in the movie, 'The soldier.'
