Pen Name: None Connection to Illinois: Barbara recieved a degree in music from Northwestern University and has worked in colleges in Illinois. Biography: Barbara studied music at the Juilliard School's Preparatory Division, then went on to earn degrees in Music Composition from Ithaca College and Northwestern University. I was the Director of Mundelein College's Creative Writing program, taught Literature and Creative Writing at National-Louis University, and acted as a consultant to National's graduate program in Written Communication
