Biography: Alysson Dotson is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. She grew up in the charming and quirky hometown of Superman, Metropolis, IL, where she first developed a love of writing. She began creative writing in a hardcover journal with kittens on the cover. Since then, she has accumulated countless floppy disks; flash drives; notebooks; and sticky, crumb-covered scraps of paper from the bottom of her purse filled with story fragments. “Winter” is her debut novel.
