Biography: Bernard M. Judge is a veteran Chicago newspaper executive who has served in management positions at the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times and City News Bureau of Chicago during 42 years in the competitive world of Chicago journalism. Mr. Judge has served as a Pulitzer Prize juror. He was inducted into the Chicago Journalism Hall of Fame in 2000. He received a lifetime achievement award from the Headline club in 2002 and the Excellence in Journalism award from the City Club in 2004, the James C Craven Freedom of the Press award from the Illinois Press Association in 2007.
